The truck and the salesman were great. When it came to financing, the finance person made me slightly concerned. The initial offer they found for interest rates was 1.3 percent higher than When it came to financing, the finance person made me slightly concerned. The initial offer they found for interest rates was 1.3 percent higher than I later got. The reason was not clear. The lender did not change and he was persistent I should use a 72 loan versus the 60 month and simply take the higher rate and pay it off faster. When I asked he rerun it, both loan terms dropped over a percent. I’m not sure it this was in error or if there was something else going on. I would recommend using them to purchase, but know the going rate based on your credit score and either finance yourself or ensure you get the rate you deserve More

Service was good. Might’ve been a 5, had it not taken 3 visits to fix my AC and the warning lights that were on for a failed tire pressure sensor. The dealership is a last resort for the problem I had. I made the mistake of thinking the rear wiper blade could be changed on my Equinox.
