We used to love this dealership and the very last experience was absolutely terrible they scammed my wife out of $600 when all she was going to do was an oil change. Absolutely furious they told her experience was absolutely terrible they scammed my wife out of $600 when all she was going to do was an oil change. Absolutely furious they told her about all the things that the truck needed without ever discussing with her a price. They took advantage of her not knowing. What should’ve been a $60-$80 price costed her almost an entire weeks worth of work. Absolutely terrible this is the last time we take our vehicle to Lakeside Chevy and will be definitely be putting in a bad word to whoever I come across that’s going to take their vehicle there. More
