I planned on picking up Friday or Saturday based on our previous discussion. The car was finished Wednesday. Obviously I can't pick up until Friday night myself but you called many times Wednesday, Thursday and Friday telling me to pick up car asap. So I rushed to have a friend pick up on Friday like she originally told me it would be finished. The rude phone calls was not needed. This whole recall was not my plans. So to be rushed ahead of your due date was a little sub par in my opinion. Maybe hey the car finished early. We know we told you Friday but if could get back sooner great. If not see you Friday or Saturday. None of this was convenient for me. I live an hour away in knox indiana. Had you did your thing. One call. Be there Friday or Saturday great. But no had to be a pest. More

Service was good. Might’ve been a 5, had it not taken 3 visits to fix my AC and the warning lights that were on for a failed tire pressure sensor. The dealership is a last resort for the problem I had. I made the mistake of thinking the rear wiper blade could be changed on my Equinox.
