Terrible. Had my car towed to Lakeside Toyota because it wouldn’t start. Replaced the fuel pump, got it back and the same day was having issues again with starting, bought it back and they replaced another wouldn’t start. Replaced the fuel pump, got it back and the same day was having issues again with starting, bought it back and they replaced another part along with the fuel pump again. Less than a week later the car starts running rough, check engine light is on. After keeping it for 4 business days I finally get it back. They replaced spark plugs and ignition coil. After driving it for about 10 miles it’s doing the exact same things. So now I have to bring it back for who knows how long. I gave it one star because you can’t give it zero . I will say that the service rep Tina is very good. More

I am so disappointed in how I was treated by this salesman. He contacted me about a RAV 4 XSE I had built online at Toyota.com. I told him I had located the suv I wanted. He asked for my business if he could locate what I wanted at the same or better price then the other dealer. I said sure. Well it is an insult the price he sent to me and how he tried to hide things. Glad I did my home work. I do not recommend Reggie. It is sad to try and take advantage of a single woman on her sixties. I was very upfront and honest with him. People like Reggie give car salesmen bad names. More
I contacted this manager about how I was treated by salesman Reggie. I was contacted by Reggie after building the RAV 4 XSE fully loaded I wanted at Toyota.com. I was sent paperwork with the wrong car salesman Reggie. I was contacted by Reggie after building the RAV 4 XSE fully loaded I wanted at Toyota.com. I was sent paperwork with the wrong car model and Vin # on it, several hidden fees and a MSRP $5000 more then the sticker price from Toyota. com. Did not send even send the sheet that shows each option and it’s cost. Just filled in numbers and I was to just believe that was the MSRP. When I contacted this manager he also treated me with disrespect and said that all car dealers mark up their vehicles so they can make a profit. He said for me to get over it, it was just business , nothing personal. I don’t mind paying for the options I want but to mark a car up $5000 over the MSRP that included every option Toyota offers on this vechile. That is just sad More
These people are SHADY as xxxx!! The salesman I worked with, Max, was great. However once I was turned over to the finance department it was a completely different story... they like to play the game wher with, Max, was great. However once I was turned over to the finance department it was a completely different story... they like to play the game where you settle on a price, and then go back to sign your paperwork and the price has increased and the dude can’t explain why, so he leaves the room yet again to “talk to someone” about lowering it like he’s doing you some big favor. What a joke. Another sales tactic they like to use is the “waiting game” to try and wear you down, so be prepared to test your endurance and spend the entire day there. Bring snacks. If I had an hour left on earth, I’d spend it at this place because it felt like an eternity. More

I scheduled an appointment multiple days in advance to see why my check engine light was on. I made the appointment online and was given the option to select to wait or to drop the vehicle off. Upon arriving I was asked if I could leave the vehicle because it would be at least a 3 hour wait. I asked why I had the option to wait for the vehicle if it was going to take that long. All they ha e to do is connect to a computer and it tells them what is wrong. I’m not dumb. 10-15 minutes ma. That would take. They could not explain. Why I had the option to select to wait if I was asked to drop it off. Karl advised me I could still wait. For 3 hours at least. They were”short staffed and backed up” I was not called in advance and told it would take this long or that I would have to leave the vehicle. Next time I will be driving to another Toyota dealership. I can’t wait to see what they tell me is wrong. $140 minimum to check the computer. Don’t bring your car here. If you do make sure you have a whole day to sit in a dealership where no one is friendly. Great way to treat your first responders lakeside Toyota. More
