On Saturday, we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday with Service to have a complete diagnostic on the Toyota Avalon. I called yesterday to confirm and we talked about tires. I get to the dealership and wait 15 min for a service advisor. Service Advisor, who was completely uninterested in doing work this morning, told me he would need to keep the car for a few days. Not because of the complexity of the work, because they were backed up! They knew about this issue each time that I spoke with Service. I was EXTREMELY clear in writing and on the phone that I lived in MS but worked in NOLA. Each time I was told the car would be ready by 5:30pm. They obviously lie to get you there. To top it off, I lost $17.96 on the Uber I had waiting to take me to the office. Horrible! Took it Cannon Toyota today. They could teach Lakeside a lot! More
