Salesman Scott Guillory was fast to respond and took the time to physically walk the lot to answer my specific question. Scott and the sales team were able to find a 4Runner comparable to what I was looking for very quickly, despite being told by the other local dealership it was not available. Lakeside Toyota got the 4Runner in a matter of three days. My wife and I waited for five and a half months for an order from the other dealership, with no answers to our questions. They would do much better with Preston in the management position because he is more professional when dealing with customers and far more diligent. If it hadn't been for him stepping up to the plate, I would have walked away from a very fine vehicle that I found and researched through USAA. More

We drove it, negotiated a great deal, and 10 minutes later I was in the finance department with Luis Deleon signing my paperwork. The detail guys cleaned my car while I was signing my paperwork and when I came out Scott handed me the keys and introduced me to a "technology" specialist that linked my phone to my car and downloaded my contacts for me. She showed me a few more things, answered my questions, scheduled me my first free oil change and tire rotation and then I left. I am very happy with my car and also with how quick and friendly everyone at Lakeside was. More
