Prius extended warranty My 2007 prius dash went out one day and I brought it to my Toyota dealer to have it serviced. To my surprise service manager Tina Ricks informed me th My 2007 prius dash went out one day and I brought it to my Toyota dealer to have it serviced. To my surprise service manager Tina Ricks informed me that the problem part was a warranty extension and my car still qualified for the warranty. The part needed to be ordered and Tina was able to put me in a rental car as a courtesy to avoid any conflicts that may arise with my busy schedule as a outside sales rep. Tina and the orange team worked digently to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner to meet my schedule. Thank you Tina and your team on a jod well done. Robert More

Shattered my window and refused to pay for it. After waiting a week and paying over $600 for a part, the drivers side window shattered the first time I used the car post-Lakeside Toyota Service Cen After waiting a week and paying over $600 for a part, the drivers side window shattered the first time I used the car post-Lakeside Toyota Service Center. They refuse to assume responsibility. My experience with the service center in New Orleans East has been generally positive (certainly nothing to damage my car or harm people in it...). I will be going there from now on. More

Jean Paul is great! He should get a huge raise. He was always pleasant and helpful. He returned calls quickly and made service easy. I have been using Lakeside for approximately 10 years to service my Toyotas. They always give me a quote before any work is done and tell you if the work needs to be done today or can wait till the next vi service my Toyotas. EMPLOYEES ARE COURTEOUS .AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TOYOTA DEALERSHIP TO ANY ONE IN THIS AREA.THE SERVICE DEPT PROBABLY HAS MECHANICS. I went in for an oil change, Jean Paul kept me informed through out the entire service of my vehicle. I enjoyed the free wifi, cookies and coffee! They have a very friendly and knowledgable staff. I visited the service department today, Good Friday! They were incredibly busy, but handled my service needs very quickly.
