Unnecessary oil change. Thought I needed oil change due to the mileage shown on the window sticker. The mileage shown was when the last oil change was performed, not when oil Thought I needed oil change due to the mileage shown on the window sticker. The mileage shown was when the last oil change was performed, not when oil change is required! Dealer changed oil , did not check mileage on my 2017 Grand Sport. If they did they would have known oil change was not required. This was one of the free oil changes that came with the purchase of Corvette. I am now out one free oil change due to their incompetence . More

Cadillac Escalade I purchased a vehicle that was used from Lamb Chevrolet less than 3 months ago. We are currently in New Mexico so we went a ways to pick this vehicle I purchased a vehicle that was used from Lamb Chevrolet less than 3 months ago. We are currently in New Mexico so we went a ways to pick this vehicle up. We dealt with the Finance Manager as well as a Sales Associate. According to them this was a perfect vehicle and is in great shape for the age and mileage. When we bought it, it wasn't even at 70,000 miles yet. We were going back and forth with the condition of the vehicle, which checked out great and the car fax report... So we thought. My husband picks it up in Tucson to find out that everything wasn't disclosed like they said. The dash was cracked and being held together by duck tape and was hiding under the dash cover. Then the next day we take a business trip with my employees and the engine light comes on. Needless to say my Escalade has been sitting in a certified Dealership in New Mexico waiting to get fix. New Transmission and $11,000 dollars worth of other things they found that wasn't checked before selling it to us. (According to the dealership I have my Escalade at) Now I'm out of pocket $1,022 plus my car payment for a month its been sitting there. I am very dissatisfied with the service. Its unfair when purchasing something from a certified Cadillac dealership. If I wanted these problems I would have gone to a corner lot. More
My Thanksgiving week in Prescott I 'limped' into Prescott. Robert told me to bring my truck in right away. After Vance diagnosed the problem with my truck, he worked on it until it was fixed. He went through 3 diesel exhaust pumps until he found one that wasn't defective from the manufacturer. I was given a loaner car and a full tank of fuel in my truck when I finally picked it up. More

On my last service visit, Aaron was completely slammed working the service desk by himself on an unusually busy Saturday. I was impressed by how he can give the same excellent level of friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service, with complete calm and efficiency under the pressure. This is the place to go. More
