There are no surprises at the end of the deal and everything is above board. Pricing is very competitive and comes without the games that many other dealers engage in. John Boxshus is a gentleman and very helpful. We trust him to look out for our best interests insofar as the sale and later on when we are at Lam Ford for service. He looked for an located all the discounts that were available; some that we were not even aware of. That was a pleasant surprise. Our experience was painless and all the paperwork and was done for us. John took the time to explain all the features about our new vehicle which was greatly appreciated as some of the features are kind of high-tech. I have been a customer of Lamoureux Ford for over thirty years. All of their employees are very friendly. When I call for service they can usually get me in very quickly. They explain everything to you a years. All of their employees are very friendly. When I call for service they can usually get me in very quickly. They explain everything to you and there are never any surprises. They always let you know their recommendations, and the reasons why. The sales department is never pushy. I usually always deal with Gary Pion, but everyone there is extremely helpful. An example of that was there was a point when I was suddenly was having trouble with my Iphone connecting to the car. I stopped by to ask Gary about it and he wasn't there at that moment and Bill said "I can help you with that" and he had it working again within minutes. All the guys, John, Marc, Bill, Bob, Lionel, Mark K. and Gary, treat you like family or like a friend, and so does the service department. It is just a totally awesome dealership. My latest transaction, Gary was very aware of my sitution and really took the time to understand my needs, wants, price point etc. We looked at new, used, purchasing and leasing. Gary is always friendly, and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. They are awesome! More
