Over the years we have purchased many cars from John, but this next car was special because it would be mine. Due to an accident , my son found himself in need of a car.As he is 20 yrs old, I went along to assist him , but let him call the shots. He had convinced my son to lease a car that had a huge payment and would drain his savings account! But he did what was expected and was "selling a car". Having dealt with John Boxshus before , I wanted my son to talk with him once before he made a deal anywhere.. I knew John would take the time to understand my son, what he was like, what he might be interested in and what might be the best direction for him. He took the time to learn my sons needs and wants , before guiding him towards any vehicle.He treated my son with respect and "educated" him on the different possibilities available to him. (Things I know I could not do) After talking with John, my son thanked me for the tip of going and talking to John. He learned a lot about purchasing and leasing a vehicle. When all was said and done, my son had purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion, and he could not be happier. His payment was almost half of the lease car he almost got and he did not drain his savings account. He has a great vehicle which John tweaked to make sure was a safe and reliable car.( new tires, extended warranty, etc ) My son has told me he is now a fan for life and talking about someday buying another car from John at Lamoureux Ford. Having personally dealt with the salesman and dealership in the past, I know he will not be disappointed. I can't say enough about the help John was to me, my son and my family during this experience! If I could have given a rating of "10" instead of "5" I most certainly would have.
