I started my search for a new car about 3 months ago. I test drove a few different cars and dealt with MANY different dealerships. I had many many negative experiences. He personally mailed me a hand written letter and a business card. I think that speaks very loudly to the character and integrity of their sales team. A week later I got a call that my car had come in. Guz didn't try any of the tricks with me. He was straight forward and honest about everything. Guz even snapped some pictures and emailed them to me since I was stuck at work for the day. The whole process went smoothly and I am a happy customer of Lamoureux Ford. I called Bill in September and told him we were looking for a used vehicle for my college age son, Ben. We went over to check it out and agreed with Bill that it was the right car for Ben. We immediately sat down with Bill and he gave us the price less trade in allowance for the Chevy. We thought it was a very reasonable price and signed the paperwork to finalize the deal. Ben and I were very pleased with the excellent service and overall handling of this purchase. Lamoureux Ford was once again wonderful to work with. I went to Lamoureux to trade my pick-up for a more passenger friendly adn fuel efficient car. John Boxshus was great. Their Used vehicle selection was terrific - low miles, new cars. There was no pressure. I drove several models and when I settled on a Focus, I still drove several. I cam e back more than once to see cars before deciding. When I brought my wife to see a car, we began to look at new vehicles as a "future purchase" for her. She has a 2 year old Toyota van. She was attracted to the new Escape. John let us drive one and we were very impressed. We talked at length with John about the pros and cons of trading now or holding on to the Toyota longer. In the end, we bought two cars! John worked so hard to get all the incentives we were qualified for. This made the Escape deal a no-brainer. We lowered our payment and got a more fuel-efficient car. Peter the finance manager was great as well. He was easy to deal wit and got us fantastic rates on both cars. Our dealings with Lamoureux were so pleasant, even fun! How often can you say that about a car dealership. When we picked up the vehicles, John spent a long time with us going over all the features, until we were completely ready to drive way. I called John, asking him for information about my pending lease termination. He gave me a few different options. He told me I could actually get into an identical, brand- new 2012 F-150 for less than pending lease termination. He gave me a few different options. He also presented a deal similar to the lease I signed for my '10 F-150, but on a VERY nice 2013 F-150. I was able to do the same money down and keep my monthly payments the same as well! I could not have been happier. The way he puts you at ease-absolutely NO pressure, is the reason why this is the fourth F-150 leased from John, and the eighth vehicle transaction, overall, in the last ten years from John, through Lamoureux Ford.
