The service manager was rude when I asked for a description of why an issue with my vehicle was not covered under the warranty (car is only 2 years old with no damage and under 10k miles). He provi description of why an issue with my vehicle was not covered under the warranty (car is only 2 years old with no damage and under 10k miles). He provided 1 word answers and gave an aura of annoyance while I was calmly and politely asking questions. He made minimal effort to help me understand the issue, and only after several questions gave me any kind of advice on next steps. He showed no empathy and the owner of the dealership would be best served if they required him to complete some basic human resource or compassion training. On the other hand, the front desk workers are lovely and there was one woman (she had light/white hair and I believe her name started with an S) was extremely helpful and empathetic. I sincerely hope she handles customer interactions, because the service manager is not doing the dealership owner any favors. More
