Zero respect for women I took in my Lexus to be serviced. My service advisor, Pete B was checking me out. His "bro" came in and Pete literally stopped checking me out and ta I took in my Lexus to be serviced. My service advisor, Pete B was checking me out. Pete said "[what's his name] is real busy" like I have nothing to do but eat bonbons all day. After he was done with bro, I did give him a piece of my mind. They go above and beyond the call of duty in getting your car running right at the lowest possible cost. Steve Sheppos is a great manager, and Travis Yorty, Miguel Delgado, and Holly Ochs are the best. I consider them my friends, and love them.
