I received a very pleasant phone call from Sydney and scheduled an appointment. I was greeted with a smile. Sydney asked a few questions and she had the vehicle ready! The vehicle was parked out front and was freshly washed and looked great. Sydney allowed me to look at the vehicle I was interested in - she did not try to sell me.
