The “customer service representative” was very helpful and listened to my concerns. However, with a high luxury dealership one would expect the dealership to go above and beyond to provide their customers and listened to my concerns. However, with a high luxury dealership one would expect the dealership to go above and beyond to provide their customers with a most phenomenal experience. I’ve received (1) loaner car there since I became a part of what I’ll call Land Rover Nation. The Pirelli tires are a huge concern due to safety reasons. It can be no coincidence about that. Two cars from two different locations and it’s a matter of safety, the tires! More
