I took my car in for repairs that were not fixed despite me having pictures and videos of the issues. I also caught the technician not trying to diagnose my car in ANY WAY thanks to the Land Rover app track me having pictures and videos of the issues. I also caught the technician not trying to diagnose my car in ANY WAY thanks to the Land Rover app tracking my car and noticing it hadn’t been turned on in 10 days while being at the dealership. Then, after complaining about this, I got it back and immediately my AC starts making noises it never has, and the buttons on my steering wheel are no longer working. Something bad happened to my car in their care, and now I have to reschedule for a new appt and wait a whole MONTH. Robert was very nice and professional throughout the entire process, but he wasn’t able to do anything for me nor does this excuse the actions of the other employees. More

Robert at Land Rover Frisco provided excellent service. I took my Rover in with a short heads-up notice and Robert was able to get the Rover serviced and given back in a timely manner. The shuttle service I took my Rover in with a short heads-up notice and Robert was able to get the Rover serviced and given back in a timely manner.
