He initially told me the tires were covered under warranty. He then called 2 hours later and said he made a mistake. Said the car would be ready by 2 pm at the latest. Got to the dealer at 3:45 and w warranty. He then called 2 hours later and said he made a mistake. Said the car would be ready by 2 pm at the latest. Got to the dealer at 3:45 and waited until about 5 pm to pick up the car. Did not include the warranty information in my check out packet. Could not find the wheel lock when I asked and took 10 minutes to get me answer while I waited outside. Car is missing 2 sets of wheel covers. When I asked where they were he said it was noted that they were missing. Problem is nobody noted it to me. Very disappointed overall. More

Absolutely amazing service! Other dealerships should take lessons from here. Most vehicle service dealers in the area are terrible. Zero stars. Drove forty miles to see a car that was supposedly there. Even received an email the morning of my appointment, confirming the appointment. Was told the car was offsite getting detailed upon arrival. Sat there for 20 minutes while they figured that out. Why confirm the appointment?? DECEPTIVE if you ask me. Lanie the salesman told me she would have the car ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Once there she told me the car would not be back until next week. NEVER BUYING A CAR THERE. More
