The customer service is good but they have a very difficult time diagnosing problems. I dropped my car off with an exterior engine sound and interior knocking. They were unable to identify the exteri difficult time diagnosing problems. I dropped my car off with an exterior engine sound and interior knocking. They were unable to identify the exterior sound until I documented it with video and never fixed the interior knocking despite noting it in their paperwork. More

They’re not very transparent and they withhold information far as rates the bank is actually offering.
