I am extremely disappointed in the management at Land Rover Hinsdale. I purchased a 2025 Range Rover Sport V8 with only 170 miles—essentially a brand-new vehicle. A major part of the agreement and the advertised incentive was a 7-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty included at no extra cost. After the sale, the General Manager refused to honor this agreement. Instead of providing the promised coverage, he attempted to charge me "dealer cost" for the warranty that was supposed to be included with the purchase. Despite bringing this to his attention and pointing out that the car was advertised with this backing, he refused to fix the situation. It is unacceptable for a premium dealership to lure customers in with high-value warranty promises and then attempt to upsell them on those same items after the fact. If you are looking for transparency and a dealership that honors its word, I suggest looking elsewhere. This is not the level of integrity I expected from Land Rover. More

Fair, I was told he had 2 sets of keys and when the purchase was complete he handed me 2 incomplete sets of keys. I absolutely love my 2022 Range Rover Sport; however, I have been experiencing issues with the bottom screen recently. Throughout this time, Ian has been nothing short of wonderful. His professionalism and genuine care for his clients have truly stood out. From providing me with a loaner vehicle immediately to keeping me updated during the several weeks of troubleshooting the problem, his dedication has been remarkable. I'm also grateful that I had purchased the extended warranty, which has been incredibly helpful during this process. Thank you for having such a fantastic team member like Ian. I hate dealing with dealerships in general I had absolutely no choice because my husband brought his car here and I absolutely got stuck having to deal with them which was a nightmare but turned out absolutely no choice because my husband brought his car here and I absolutely got stuck having to deal with them which was a nightmare but turned out to be very pleasant thanks to Geoffrey who is the service manager, he was super empathetic and sympathetic to me dealing with this nightmare of a car and something I considered to be a nightmare Geoffrey turned into a very pleasant experience I think every dealership if they had one Geoffrey there wouldn’t be such a stigmatism against dealerships in my opinion.
