Bill, Thank you for your response on here. However it is quite comical that the only reason you have answered is nearly because you have to as its part of your job description and your the face of the dishonest, lying dealership. With that being said based on you response above it is very clear that you have not read my original post because you did not address all of the issues that I had in your response. Most importantly the main issue that I am extremely upset about. I would love to set up a phone conference but it is very clear that you do not answer the phone or return phone calls because your priorities are everywhere but running the dealership. It might be best to start fixing problems you have as a dealership rather than bandaiding them and creating more. Your dealerships rating of 3.0 on this site compared to other Land Rover dealerships in New Jersey and nation wide is almost 2 stars lower which speaks volumes about who you are as a person, how certain members of your staff operate and are trained, etc etc. The reason for it is it starts at the top and filters down. Please correct me if I'm wrong but your at the top being the general manager. In my opinion you should be washing cars and work your way back up to the top to understand the issues that this dealership is facing from not only myself but all customers. Pretty sad that more customers do not know about this site because if they did you would be a 1.0 rating at this point but not to worry because thats where your going anyway it will just take a bit longer. I can go on and on but ill leave it here. I have taken a screen shots from this site of your response for my records as well. Anyway let me know if you have five minutes to discuss all the issues that you already know about and need a reminder because I will gladly set time aside for this. Maybe just maybe you will do the right thing for once which than and only than I would gladly go ahead and post another message that reflects that you have corrected all issues to the best of your ability.
