I can't say enough about this dealership! I brought my wife's Land Rover to the Schaumburg dealer 3 times for the same problem, with no fix or any parts changed. I then changed gears, and brought it to the Northfield dealer, even though its a farther drive. What a great expierience! The staff was kind, and they repaired my wife's SUV quickly, and the issue hasn't repeated since! Dennis was a complete racist. They lied and said my key wasn’t with the vehicle but really just held my key until the payment processed.
