I was in there recently for a used 2014 Range Rover. Found the car on cars.com and scheduled an appointment. Went and test drove the car. Found some warnings when the drive started and the sales rep/man Found the car on cars.com and scheduled an appointment. Went and test drove the car. Found some warnings when the drive started and the sales rep/manager Mike Wilson said it should all be taken care of. I gave a deposit credit card detail and made a cashiers check to buy the car the next day. I followed up the next day and Mike was off as his son was sick. Called Wednesday and mike Told me they changed the batteries but the error code was still not gone. He said he will take care of it. I called again in the evening and now Mike says they sold the car to someone else. Such a waste of time and I felt they don’t value their word or their customers time. Someone who cannot honor their word should not deserve my business. If I was given the courtesy of a call before they sold it they would have my respect. Horrible More
After 3 calls to Anthony, and several days, we got scheduled to update our RR’s software at Land Rover Northfield. The upgrade turned the screen backgrounds to white from dark which looks bad in our a scheduled to update our RR’s software at Land Rover Northfield. Overall, very disappointing experience. More
