Accidentally bought a car I had brought my wife’s car in to get new car batteries, a process that Jaguar makes uniquely difficult but your service department handles smoothly I had brought my wife’s car in to get new car batteries, a process that Jaguar makes uniquely difficult but your service department handles smoothly and efficiently, as they do all tasks to date. While waiting on the service to be completed I walked the lot and was on my way in to the lounge area when I passed a car on display on the floor that caught my eye. My own Jaguar was on a lease with a short bit of time left till completion. I spotted what appeared to be a more experienced sales person, Barry, and offhandedly commented “it’s too bad my lease isn’t up yet“. He suggested we could look into it, without any pressure, and I thanked him and went and sat down to consider it. After verifying my own credit and available cash I approached Barry with a check in hand and said “let’s talk“. A short time later and without much fuss I had test driven the car and we had come to an agreement to purchase a 2020 F type. There was a process with the insurance company and registration which took a ridiculously long period of time but other than that the experience overall was good, the people were professional, and I drove away satisfied with my purchase. More

I contacted Landrover of Norwood and was greeted warmly by the receptionist who directed me to George. Within a few minutes I was seated at George's desk and he was able to advise me of what needed to be done. He was professional and efficient. I waited in the waiting area and, during that time, George gave me updates on progress. The work was completed and I was completely satisfied with the service received and the excellent care that George showed throughout the process. More

Great dealership & great service department. I just bought the jaguar, which I love ! The E pace is a great addition to the jaguar family. Better late than never My visit was to get my duplicate keys. When i leased the car in December 2018 they only one key and they ordered another one for me. After repeated follow ups they finally were able to make me the second key from a stock they had. Once there, every thing was taken care of without any issues and was handled very professionally.
