I haven't been in for service in a while and George greeted me with the warmest of greetings and making sure my car is running good and all is good. All is good because of his outstanding customer service. He never makes you feel like your a bother. He treats everyone as if your pulling up in a brand new Jaguar. My car is 11 years old and he treats me just as good as he would with someone pulling up in a new XJ. I keep coming back to this dealership because of him. I honesty believe my car would not be in the excellent condition it is in , and runs like its brand new, if it wasn't for George's expertise, on what I need to do to maintain this car with over 200,000 miles on it. Yes, you are reading that number correct ! I have over 200 thousand miles on this car and it runs beautifully. Not only could we have bought from another manufactured auto, but we could have bought our new ride from another LR dealership. I'm not going to mention names here but there's another one in Sudbury. Jake Kaplan's team puts the competition to shame. Our salesman Josue Trigueros (a proud Army Veteran) worked with us in helping to close us in on our new cah. Although he did take us to the point of walking out he also had the intelligence to pull out an ace in his pocket by showing us a Discovery that we couldn't refuse. She's a beauty. To cap off the sale the sales manager Mike Flemming stopped over to Joshes desk to make sure we were happy and polished off the deal with a deal from his desk. What about service you ask? Josh bent over backwards for us and my wife and I appreciate all he did for us. But as far as the service of the vehicle goes, I already know how that story rolls. I've been using Jake Kaplans of Westwood for my last vehicle. We bought the LR2 from that place in Sudbury and used them for service a couple of times and in that process I found the back and forth with the service dept. to be uncomfortable. I felt they didn't have time to deal with a person who cherishes the money he has in his pocket but instead chose to work with people "who just don't care what they spend" as I heard from the finance associate while purchasing the vehicle. No, I like my money and don't appreciate just throwing it at service departments. Jake Kaplan's team gives me the impression that they still have compassion for the end user and as an end user I appreciate that. More
