She wasn't pushy at all yet just answered all of my questions and showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle. I am the kind of person who likes to know everything about my vehicle when it comes to options - especially the extra tech options, audio, etc. She walked me through everything before I even committed to buying the vehicle. Since having the Evoque, I've been in touch with Renee for some follow up questions that I forgot to ask when I picked it up.
