I have been working through the process of ordering a custom build from Jaguar with Karen for the last six months. At all times (both in and out of office hours) she has been available to answer my quest custom build from Jaguar with Karen for the last six months. My wife and I recently worked with Alex Demsky - he was such a refreshing change from most salespeople. In short, we didn't ultimately by a Land Rover (yet), mostly because of personal timing issues. But Alex was exceptional - helpful, non-pushy, and completely transparent. At such an odd time in the car industry, with supply chain issues making everything upside down, it was so refreshing to have someone be upfront and transparent (he also happens to be super knowledgeable about Land Rovers, and the car industry more generally). We also thought it was a testament to Alex that his level of service didn't drop off at all when we concluded this wasn't the right time for us. When it is, we'll definitely work with Land Rover Princeton generally and Alex specifically. More
