Awesome experience! Everyone here is great and I enjoyed the process for the first time ever. They did try to lowball my trade in, but nothing unexpected. Karen, Jimmy, and Frank were absolutely amazing and helpful with the quick process. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours tops. Franks had a wonderful response time and handling for a minor iss helpful with the quick process. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours tops. The tech guy there ( can’t remember his name) but he walked me thru the set up and showed me how to use the software on the vehicle. Thanks guys again for all your help ! The dealership is clean, the staff are responsive, and Jeff made all the difference. He took his time, was patient, interested in what I was looking for and answered all my questions, even though he knew Jeff made all the difference. Alex Demsky was very well prepared for our visit and made getting our new Land Rover effortless. Nolan, the tech support person, was also extremely helpful. He set up our car, downloaded the app for me on my getting our new Land Rover effortless. Nolan, the tech support person, was also extremely helpful. He set up our car, downloaded the app for me on my phone and showed me how to use it. We upgrade our car every 3 years or so and will definitely come back to this dealership.
