Karen Gillespie was a pleasure to work with; she gave me a thorough overview of the car and all of its features. Karen was pleasant, friendly, and attentive to my needs. Throughout the process, I knew Karen was working hard for me to get me approved and promptly returned my calls and kept me updated. Michael Krail was professional, friendly, and quick to close the sale with me.
