We hadn’t purchased a vehicle from here in several years and when we walked in, Jorge remembered us. That was a good start. As we looked around at vehicles, Paul, the parts manager, walked by, and he remembered us as well. The dealership is run like a family business that makes every effort to treat its customers with regard. Joel handled our process and he was patient and helpful in assisting us in selecting the right vehicle. We were also given a fair price for our trade in.
