My Land Rover LR2 needed to have the front brakes replaced. I called Steve Cronin, a service advisor, mid-week and he scheduled me for early Friday morning. My 30 K service was scheduled for today. Arrived,saw Jorge(GM) who got Dave( a new Service Manager) and loaner car was ready. Dave was very accommodating and attentive. There is a Land Rover dealership much closer to my office, but I prefer to deal with Steve b/c of his professionalism and his honesty.
