I did not need my car to be serviced yet. And John informed me when the service time would be. Then he checked and the recall art wasn’t in stock. Found out when the part would be in, checked my car and reassured me my car was in good condition. They will call me when part is in. I would suggesting the scheduling department check on parts etc when we schedule. More

Like most, our sales experience was excellent, Mr. Napier is a Top-notch salesman. But since then, our service experience has been an utter nightmare to the point where we’re considering returning our Napier is a Top-notch salesman. But since then, our service experience has been an utter nightmare to the point where we’re considering returning our beautiful Velar. One of the main reasons we decided to go with Land Rover is because of their customer service reputation, boy did Cavender Land Rover miss the mark on that one! Since we’ve had the vehicle, we’ve scheduled two separate appointments to inspect the front right passenger’s side. There’s a strange noise that occurs whenever we make a right turn, but every single time we try to recreate the noise at the dealership, but of course the vehicle behaves. We live about an hour from the dealership and to be told they can’t do anything unless they hear the noise, that’s reasonable! My wife and I worked in the Hospitality industry for over 20 years. To think Cavender would offer to hold the vehicle to further inspect and provide a loaner. Unfortunately, each loaner request is met with the excuse of “we don’t have any loaners to give” Really?! We live about an hour from the dealership and to constantly have to drive there for an issue that we can only hear, now that’s ridiculous! Sure we consciously made the decision to buy a Range Rover knowing the dealership was an hour away, but we thought it was worth it for reputable customer service. I mean who wouldn’t? If you’re reading this and looking to purchase a vehicle from Cavender Land Rover, beware you’re probably better off driving a few more miles to Borne. Vlad More
They have had my car for two weeks and first they said my wiring was a insurance claim. Then after a week they came back and said no it was a warranty claim. It’s now almost Christmas and still no word on st wiring was a insurance claim. Then after a week they came back and said no it was a warranty claim. It’s now almost Christmas and still no word on status and they still don’t have a loaner car for me. Land Rover promises all this customer service but doesn’t deliver! I will not be buying a Labs rover again and will not recommend them. More
Poor customer service and lack of knowledge as to what was done to my car. Drove down from Austin to have my car serviced here as they were the only dealer that could fit me in on the same day. Said they was done to my car. Drove down from Austin to have my car serviced here as they were the only dealer that could fit me in on the same day. Said they updated my firmware and charged me $100+ and on my way home the warning light came on again. Called Service again to see what to do and they said they don’t know and to bring it back and they’ll take another look and run more tests. They also broke my key while servicing my vehicle. The guy who broke it didn’t apologize but just handed it to me in pieces. Would not return here. More
