Poor service Brought in car for routine service and a patch of a nail hole that had been plugged. Next day left a message with the service rep, no response, tried online chat. No help. Called again. Finally spoke with someone, had no idea when it would be ready. Asked to call back with update. Claimed they do not do patches (had a plug by AAA from nail) despite the fact they had patched a prior tire for me at Checkered Flag. Did not know if new tire would be covered despite the fact that I have a tire and rim policy. This is not my first issue with service. Prior long delays to get an appointment, despite multiple indicator lights. Service is such a concern I would not buy another car from Checkered Flag. My wife has also had service issues with Checkered Flag Toyota. More

First rate experience! I was at the dealership to have the regular maintenance performed on my vehicle. I was not looking for a new car but, I had a few minutes to kill so I was at the dealership to have the regular maintenance performed on my vehicle. I was not looking for a new car but, I had a few minutes to kill so I took a look at some of the new cars that were on the lot. Didn’t take long for me to find one that really caught my eye. I came back the next day to take it for a test drive. The car was amazing! Tony was very helpful with every aspect of the sale from beginning to end. I had to travel out of the country for a couple of days so I thought everything would have to be put on hold until I returned but Tony was able to accommodate me and we handled most of the paperwork via email. I went back to the dealership after returning from my trip and Tony had the car ready to go. I signed the papers and drove off. It was a very good experience from beginning to end.
