Chad was great. He's now the only person I deal with. Everyone else needs training on customer service, except for one salesperson that held a quick conversation with me while she was waiting for her pot Everyone else needs training on customer service, except for one salesperson that held a quick conversation with me while she was waiting for her potential buyer. I wish I would have gotten her name. As for everyone else, there was no hospitality and made me feel like I was being avoided intentionally. There was a lady at the desk that made no eye contact or even said a simple "hello". I had to walk by her twice to get to where I was going and still nothing. There was another salesman that did everything in his power to not make eye contact when passing me. Who knows, I could have owned the place. I don't know about you, but it gave me an uneasy feeling that people of color weren't welcome. I wasn't dressed like I was going to rob the place or anything like that. Yes, there are black employees, but it doesn't mean there isn't racism in the work place. There so much more to be said, but to make a long story short, if wasn't for Chad and the other lady, I would have been a lot more upset. If there was another Land Rover dealership in the area, I would go there instead. More
