I continue to choose Land Rover West Columbia for my service because I am exceptionally pleased with every service coordinator I've worked with, and the high level of service I receive each time. Ashley Matthews, who assumed one of the service coordinator positions within the last 12 months, continues to help Land Rover West Columbia deliver a high level of customer service by understanding what I believe my service needs are, and translates my description of the problem to what the technicians need to diagnose the service. Ashley and her predecessors understand vehicles; they do not solely schedule service. Ashley is in fact exceptional on scheduling, she keeps me informed with my vehicle repair via text, and coordinates my timely vehicle drop-off with a loaner the evening before service, and my quick pickup when the service is completed. I have no intention to service my Land Rover anywhere else.

- nurad1This has less to do about the dealership and more to do about the 2019 Range Rover.4 weeks in the shop and still not fixed. Poor communication about the issue and now waiting for a new mechanic to start with the dealership. Sadly this is my second RR sport and both have had issues. My 2019 has less than 10k miles on it! I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership; I emailed the GM and he did not have the courtesy to respond back. As the CEO of a company if a customer emails me I always respond within an hour.
