Purchased a CPO truck. Truck came with a dead battery. Truck has been in the shop for the first month of ownership. No help from the dealer. Was told "good things are worth waiting for." Received a message stating they would call and never received a call. This has occurred multiple times during the transaction, so I am not surprised at this point. I have not received a single piece of financial paperwork since the purchase of the vehicle. Called last week trying to track the paperwork down and was told I would receive a call back. Waited 5 days and never heard back. Called back today and found someone who seemed helpful. Hopefully this time I will get some documents and be able to register the truck. Owned the truck for over a month now on paper and had it in the garage for less than 5 days. A much more helpful dealership has replaced the ABS computer and is in the process of replacing the radio. They are still not sure if the problem with the electrical system will be fixed. At this point I have paid interest and fees for a truck to sit at a dealership. I wonder if Steve Landers sold me a lemon and that is why they are so unresponsive. I am not sure what I have done for the dealership to be so unprofessional. I figure they have either written me off as a customer or wrote me off because they got their money. Overall the experience has been terrible and I would highly recommend not buying a vehicle from them. More
