I have had so many issues with the service department. I had to take my car back in 5 times (that’s no exaggeration) for the same issue. They just didn’t want to fix it because my warranty was about to expire. Finally on the 5th time they fixed it. I’ve had so many issues with my Jeep and they have given me such a hard time trying to get it all fixed. They were going to charge me $900 just to put Freon and recharge my AC. I took it to a different dealership and got it done for $250 and they replaced my condenser. 10/10 do not recommend. More

Our vehicle wasn’t completely serviced for what we brought it in and paid for so my husband did the tire rotation himself. This sequence; the right hand not knowing what the left is doing, is indicative of my experience. I came in with a safety issue, was charged for a repair that never happened, was dismissed with the safety issue unaddressed, and my take-away is that the Service Policy there is "Sucks to be You." And again … I have texted about this, I filled out an emailed survey, I spoke briefly with somebody named Dan … and now another survey. Wow. Maybe I'll get something in the mail, too? More

Oil change Work done was fine. It took 10 minutes for a service advisor to show up and I was the only customer at the time. It took 1 hr and 20 minutes to get ca Work done was fine. However, they had inspected it all over, so perhaps it was worth the wait. Everyone was very courteous. Normally I give 4 stars. I suspect they were understaffed due to virus issues. More
