It was a pretty good experience overall I found working with David Lee, to be a pretty good experience, I would come back to deal with him again. Not so much the GM, my wife and I passed by I found working with David Lee, to be a pretty good experience, I would come back to deal with him again. Not so much the GM, my wife and I passed by him on a few occasions, and although he may have been very busy, he failed to speak or even smile at us. Which I found to be a little smug. And when I evaluated the car, (a used car mind you) and noticed damage to the sidewall of a rear tire in a small but noticeable gash. I asked for that to be fixed at no extra cost initially at price, and was turned down. Ultimately it was agreed upon for the tire to be replaced at price of sale, however I believe that the dealership as noteworthy as Landers, or any dealership for that matter would want to ensure the safety of its customers as much as possible. I ultimately was pleased with my purchase, but disappointed that the repairs that was agreed on to be done were not fixed by the time I came back to acquire the car a few days later. I had my own financing, so I don’t really have a rating for the financial officer i dealt with who was pretty kind. More

Expected quicker turn around for an oil change. Came in for a routine oil change but was there for 2 1/2 hours. I expected a quicker turn around.
