Problem Solved Last Friday night we saw a truck on line we had to have. Emailed Drew at that time and he called Saturday morning first thing. I told him we planned t Last Friday night we saw a truck on line we had to have. Emailed Drew at that time and he called Saturday morning first thing. I told him we planned to come to dealership as soon as I could get some business taken care of. I rushed around and got finished at 10:30 AM and made contact with Drew again to let him know we'd be there in 2 hrs. He said the truck looked great and we were very excited. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted with bad news from Drew......the truck we'd driven 2 hours for had sold while we were on our way to get it. Very disappointing especially for my wife. At this point we were ready to leave and go back to the drawing board however Drew was proactive while we were driving to dealership and had a couple options he wanted to present. We ended up working through this bad situation and got a new truck for close to the same price I was going to pay for the used one. At the end of the day the dealership worked everything out for us. Only negative was we didn't get to take our truck home that day but Drew arranged for the truck to be delivered to our home in northern Arkansas. Got it today and the truck is awesome!!!! More
