Wow ?!? Bought a vehicle. Got to drive it for 2 weeks, when I noticed a small dent in the back. Took it back to the dealership and they said they would fix it Bought a vehicle. After a couple of weeks of no updates, no calls or anything and when I called they always out, I get the o it will be ready tomorrow and when tomorrow rolls around it’s next week. Finally I get a text from the salesman saying it’s in detail give me about an hour. Okay so I drive to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle. HOLY CRAP !!!!!! The work that was done was a total crap show. Who ever was over that shouldn’t even be allowed to be a teachers aid in pottery class for elementary students. They just slap and I mean slap some bondo over the dent and didn’t even attempt to sand it or anything, but better then that, it goes to paint and the painter just paints over it and paints the top (which is a different color) the taillight doesn’t even line up they got body filler in the body seam and I could say much more about their collision part but the fact that I have to pay the taxes and I’ve already paid the first note and I’ve only got to drive it for two weeks and they have had it for FIVE I can’t get a single person to get this handled. bottom line I feel like a “one and done” you know, now that I bought from them so now their done with me. I wonder what Steve would say about this ?!? More

Very poor service! During our recent service visit we were charged twice for the same problem for which I still have. It received our promised refund. We also had to return our care three times to finally get our newly installed tires properly balanced. On our last visit our service representative visited with us and not only recommended repair of the anti lock brake sensor but other maintenance such as spark plug replacement and throttle body maintenance. Unfortunately he conveniently neglected to mention the $300 labor for repairs that didn’t take 1 1/2 hours. I consider that price gouging And completely inappropriate for the work done. I will never bring a vehicle to Landers for servicing again and never recommend anyone else do so! More
