Could be better The buying process was good. The sales rep was good and very attentive to my needs. The finance guy was maybe the best I have ever dealt with. I wo The buying process was good. I would have given a 5 had the condition of the vehicle been better when delivered to me. The exterior surfaces were rough to the touch, when they should have felt like glass if it had been detailed as it should. While the interior was clean, I do not think the carpets had been shampooed, nor were the seats treated with any sort of leather cleaner. Topping this off was a windshield that has a rock chip and not cleaned properly. I do give kudos for them delivering the truck to me so I did not have to drive back to pick up. Also, I was pleased that it was delivered with a full tank of gas. More

Second buying experience at Steve Landers This week I bought my second Jeep from Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I knew I wanted another Jeep, and I started my search online. I search This week I bought my second Jeep from Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I knew I wanted another Jeep, and I started my search online. I searched several different dealerships, and reached out to three for more information. The website for Landers was very easy to navigate and gave me all the information I needed. I went to the lot to look at the top three vehicles I had chosen. I met Dennis Ryan in Sales, and he was very eager and pleasant to work with. We walked around the lot a bit, and he used his phone to get details for me. He asked if I would consider other makes of vehicles, and when I said that I only wanted a Jeep, he didn't push anything else on me. I ended up test driving two vehicles and fell in love with the first one I drove. Dennis and I sat down and ran some numbers. The monthly payment was quite a bit more than I wanted to pay, so I was going to leave and check out a Jeep from another dealership that I was interested in. He asked me to name a number that would cause me to buy today. I threw out a number I thought was crazy. Dennis helped make that happen! He was very friendly, and followed up with me on different issues over the next two days. I also worked with Mark Lee, and he was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him. Happy Repeat Customer More
