48000 Mile service I just went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation service. The line was a bit long but I was there for maybe 2 hours. The service manager was h I just went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation service. The line was a bit long but I was there for maybe 2 hours. The service manager was helpful in giving me a good estimation of time wait, and was helpful in telling me that my tires would need to be replaced by the next servicing. I'd come again for a simple service such as that again. More

Great price, bad service I found a great deal on my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, so I decided to fly up to Arkansas to make the purchase. I was made two promises, 1. The car had n I found a great deal on my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, so I decided to fly up to Arkansas to make the purchase. I was made two promises, 1. The car had no scratches or dings and looked brand new 2. The car would be given a full detail cleaning before I made the trip to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, I noticed a fair amount of scratches on the rear of the car. The salesman did take the car immediately to their detailer to have the scratches removed. This mostly took care of the scratches (while I had to wait). Secondly, The interior of the car was very clean, however, the exterior was not as much. There was a very large amount of tar and rocks inside every wheel well and tar all inside each of the wheels and brakes. When I got home, I spent over 4 hours just cleaning the tar, just off the wheels. I left frustrated that the car was not nearly as clean as I was told. The car looked clean from 10ft away but horribly dirty when you got up close. I made the 11hr trip expecting to get a mint car like I was told and I had 2 days worth of cleaning to do once I got home. More
