We had some bad experience with the service department, however Chris Chase stepped up to the plate and provided superior customer service. Charley Osborn was an excellent sales rep to deal with, she was extremely friendly and willing to do whatever necessary to provide outstanding customer service. I came in to lower my truck payment, and was 4,200 in the good on my trade and left over 2000 upside down, tryed to back out after one week after I done my homework on truck but was told over and over again good on my trade and left over 2000 upside down, tryed to back out after one week after I done my homework on truck but was told over and over again that I wasn't upside down I told everyone that I did not like the truck and wanted something else after a few weeks went by Scott called after ripping me off the first time and told me he had another truck that would work on a deal I get all the way there just to hear them throw a fit about sales tax finally they give in and decide to pay them, after all is said and done I didn't do the deal because the truck only booked for 15,220 and he was trying to sale it to me for 18,900 well over priced and pitched a fit about sales tax before give me a brake to make a long story short I'm still in a truck that I can not stand but all that Scott cares about is how much he could rip me off. I had a price in my head of what I was willing to pay. When we couldn't come to an agreement I was asked, "What will it take to put you in this vehicle?" I told him, because I believed it was fair. I choose Landers because, after talking with friends and colleagues, they by far had the best reputation. Charlye Osborn was my sales rep and she took great care of me. I'll be the first to admit that I am a little high maintenance and she put up with all my questions and concerns and text messages and voicemails! I bought a new car from them and after I picked it, it had an issue. They worked on it again and again until it was solved to my satisfaction. This was, hands down, the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I walked away feeling like I got a great deal and the service was top class! More

My experience buying a used car from Ethel Cook, at Steve Landers Crysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram was very pleasant. The service department checked the car from top to bottom before releasing it to me. They even Landers Crysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram was very pleasant. The service department checked the car from top to bottom before releasing it to me. They even put new wiper blades on my new-used car! The best part of the whole experience was working with Ethel Cook. She is very knowledgeable about the inventory and did not try to sell me something I didn't want or need. She took the time to explain the process as we went through it. I would recommend Ethel to anyone and everyone that I meet that is looking to purchase an automobile. More
