Bought a Jeep Patriot there 5 years ago this month. My Jeep jerks when driving it. Brought it in. Was told it was the wheel bearings. Mr. Bean. told me we had a deal for 31,000 down from 31,385.00 for the truck I bought. When the contract came out to sign it was for 31,385 not! 31,000 my fault I didn’t catch it till later. My experience working with Dale was great, he seemed attentive and quick to get me what I needed. only complaint is how long it takes to complete the process. It can be frustrating taking almost 5 hours attentive and quick to get me what I needed. only complaint is how long it takes to complete the process. While I will give my salesman, Christopher Hart, a full and hearty 5-star rating, I have to say that it was a less than stellar outcome for the dealership. I chose the car off the back (non-shopped) lot, o and hearty 5-star rating, I have to say that it was a less than stellar outcome for the dealership. I chose the car off the back (non-shopped) lot, obtained financing within 24 hours from my own bank, and was in constant contact with Mr. Hart. All I asked for was two keys (the originals were lost), a new windshield (couldn't be located in a timely manner due to COVID), and a detail. Christopher got it detailed--again, 5 stars. But keys being lost by a dealership, and then all but demanding the buyer pay for the second key? That's a no. Windshield issue was handled by Mr. Hart, and was of no fault to him or the dealership. A global pandemic gives some leeway. The car was 95/100 what I expected it to be, and Mr. Hart jumped thru flaming hoops to get me my second key and maintained a professional and pleasant attitude about it. That's service. Would I recommend Landers? Sure...but I will be sure to advise them to get everything they're owed! Keys are critical! Mr. Hart brought the deal to fruition, and did it in a very non-pushy "car salesman" way. He was happy, pleasant, and very forthcoming. We told him what we wanted, and he gave us all of the selections on the lot. For that, 6 stars to Mr. Hart. More
