While I am very happy with my vehicle and the work of Sydney Buckner I am very displeased with the length of time required to purchase the vehicle. I arrived for my appointment as scheduled at 10am. Six hours to purchase a new vehicle is way too long. There is simply no justification for such a long process. Several times I wanted to just cancel the process and leave with or without my vehicle. I will not buy another vehicle from Landers and will not recommend them to anyone. I'm also very concerned about what to expect when I bring my car in for service. More
