Service department and technicians never fixed issue with my 2011 Dodge Challenger. I’ve spent over $700 for something not fully fixed.Brent Jones understood my frustration so I have no issues with him as a my 2011 Dodge Challenger. I’ve spent over $700 for something not fully fixed.Brent Jones understood my frustration so I have no issues with him as a manager. I was supposed to be able to speak with Bob Cozatt after leaving a comment on Facebook but I never spoke with him directly after being told he would personally give me a call back. The service manager I spoke with prior to speaking with Brent was rude and implied that I wanted my service for free (which I really should since they didn’t replace or fix what I asked to have fixed the first time fuel pumps). So in conclusion I would not recommend Steve Landers solely based off of the service department. December 3rd- Asked to have battery and fuel pumps checked due to car shutting off right after filling up. Told it was a bad battery and replaced. December 12th- Coming back from Nashville, TN car stopped again experiencing same issues Dodge dealership in Lexington, TN stated it was auto relay and fuses not working properly December 27th- Car stopped again, had it towed to dealership to get keys replaced due to the car being broken into while stopped on side of the road. Steve Landers replaced battery stated replacement was bad. January 12th- Picked up car from dealership and car stopped right outside of the dealership, called the next day and was told the issue was the fuel pumps had went out. I would like to know who would recommend this place after going through all that when they didn’t fix the issue I the customer told them to check or look into the first time. More
Waited over an hour when i was told 20min. Had to wait to get my car even though it was parked an ready, continued to ask my was my car ready while i was looking at it and rep just told me hold on i finally get my car even though it was parked an ready, continued to ask my was my car ready while i was looking at it and rep just told me hold on i finally told him i had to go and he told me he was just waiting on paper work if i was fine with leaving without it. Service Dept is wonderful. My contact Kristen Cromley went above and beyond to help me with repairs. Kristen constantly communicated with me as repairs were made. I was very impressed with the quality of service i received from salesman, Winston Marshall, and Inventory manager Tim Mcphate. Tim helped the process of ordering my scat pack so smooth and easy.
