My contact was Braxton. He is a rockstar! He kept me up to date on everything. He was professional. It took a long time to get my repairs done and we had quite a few hiccups with delayed parts and massive to date on everything. He was professional. First time service department customer. Have owned two Jeep’s we tow behind our motor home. I normally do my own maintenance but since my current Jeep is still in warranty I wanted Jeep Dealer people to Jeep’s we tow behind our motor home. I normally do my own maintenance but since my current Jeep is still in warranty I wanted Jeep Dealer people to help maintain it more going forward.
