They were very fast and friendly. I had a oil and filter change and was done in a little over an hour. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have someone there that could look at my transmission and change and was done in a little over an hour. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have someone there that could look at my transmission and see if it needed some kind of computer adjustment as it was surging some and pulling a lot, They apologized and said they were backloged till at least Tuesday of next week. I told them we were going to Branson which is very hilly and we are towing our boat. If it is still doing it after we get back home, I’ll make an appointment. When I went to pay they asked me if I wanted to purchase at a reduced price for either 2 or 3 changes. Of course I took advantage of the offer. More

Great customer service from the front desk standpoint. However, the last two times I have taken my vehicle in, a part has been broken during service. Will not return until service department is fixed. More
