The normal employees I deal with Genifer and Heath were out with personal reasons so I got transferred on two separate occasions to Aaron and Ricky and never heard back from them about my issues with my Je out with personal reasons so I got transferred on two separate occasions to Aaron and Ricky and never heard back from them about my issues with my Jeep. Very unprofessional. I’ve spent thousands on my Jeep and my dually. Well over $ 10,000 Then to go all that time without a vehicle and not offered a loaner is very upsetting. Even though genifer and Heath are good people I would not recommend this place for business. More

Jason Heffernan was the real reason we purchased this vehicle from Landers. He was great! Very knowledgeable, very personable and not pushy. We were also pleased with the offer Landers gave us for our vehicle from Landers. He was great! Very knowledgeable, very personable and not pushy. We were also pleased with the offer Landers gave us for our trade-in. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the dept. that handled the cleaning of our vehicle. We pointed out specific things that needed to be done and they were not taken care of. For example, wiping down the door seals where there was grease and vacuuming out food particles left in the seams and cracks of the seats. These were very visible and were just ignored. Our first stop after driving off the lot was the gas station because there was less than 1/8 tank of fuel, and we live 70 miles from Norman. I didn’t expect a full tank of gas per se, but at least enough to get us home. I wasn’t pleased with the fact that MULTIPLE credit reports were ran on both my husband and myself. I, alone, had 8 inquiries. EIGHT! We have EXCELLENT credit through all reporting agencies. Eight inquiries is quite excessive, and it’s harmful to my credit. Based on the excessive credit inquiries I’m not sure I would recommend this dealership. I would however recommend Jason. Shout out to Talon Estrada. He was the first to greet us when we arrived. This young man was extremely friendly and attentive. When we returned to the dealership the day after our purchase to deliver our trade-in, Mr. Estrada, again, was the first to greet my husband and, again, was welcoming, kind and pleasant. More
