Everyone was courteous. The only complaint that I have is I made an appointment on Tuesday to bring my ram 1500 in Friday morning at 7:15. Then they did not even pull it into the shop until Monday. Had an excellent experience with the sales team and finance team. The only bad part of this whole experience was that one of the sales associate was using the vehicle as a personal vehicle and complete finance team. The only bad part of this whole experience was that one of the sales associate was using the vehicle as a personal vehicle and completely trashed the interior. There was leftover garbage and the entire inside was dirty. I had them wash the vehicle and clean the inside and it was still filthy. It took me about 3 hours to completely detail the inside and outside of the truck to get it looking good again. More
