I am deeply sorry for the long wait time. We tried everything we could to get the broken chip you brought us but could not get it to work. We did do a RRT recall that was on your vehicle which is an update that does take some time that your vehicle needed but not for the radio. If you could contact UCONNECT and get another chip sent to you we would be more than happy to perform the update.
